Tom Combs

Tom Combs, former Health Teacher at Patchogue-Medford High School, former Athletic Director for the Patchogue-Medford School District, currently serves as Director of Section XI Sports for Suffolk County, is one of the original founders of the Patchogue-Medford Hall of Fame.  Tom’s insight to Booster Club setups and formats were instrumental in establishing the goals and mission of the Patchogue-Medford Hall of Fame Booster Club concept.   He served as District liaison to the Patchogue-Medford Fathers Club during his tenure as District Athletic Director.  Tom was awarded the HOF Special Recognition Award during the 2016 Induction Ceremony and Dinner for his dedication not only to the Hall of Fame project, but for his efforts to improve the athletic programs for the district and now for his role as Director of Section XI Suffolk County High School Sports.
